From Me 2 We Hampton: How to Get Started 101 – An Interactive Expo on Entrepreneurship

The purpose of this event is to not only allow student entrepreneurs to sell their products and services, but it will also highlight the businesses they have started and are currently running. Panelist will give other students and attendees tips and instructions on how they can utilize their environment and technology to 1) start a business while in college 2) being to create passive income and wealth for themselves while they are still students 3) the need to use HBCUs, entrepreneurship, innovation/technology and social investing as economic catalysts to directly improve and impact the local community and economy.

With each event, we consider them to be “call to action” networking meetings. We want our attendees to walk out of the event empowered to take strategic and tactical action to create opportunities for both themselves, their University and their community.
