Your public profile, including your picture, name, information about the listing and any other information that you choose to make public on the Application, Website or HBCU Media will be available to other users of the Website, Application and HBCU Media. No listings will be publicly searchable. When a guest submits a request to find a host, any host within the guests' requested location radius will be able to see all of the guest's information (such as name, picture, mutual friends, etc.). Only when a host accepts a request from a guest, will the guest be able to see the host's information as well. We generally do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described in this Privacy Policy. The term "outside parties" does not include our affiliates and any other parties who assist us in offering HBCU Media, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. If we sell our company, or otherwise transfer any assets of our company, we may provide your personal information to the purchaser so that you may continue the relationship or business with us and our products. We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy in the interactive online world. The Application, Website and HBCU Media are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children under the age of eighteen (18). It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of eighteen (18). No one under the age of eighteen (18) should submit any personal information to HBCU Media.
